When designing the private wellness house, one of the main aspect was to establish a direct connection with the swimming pool and the summer kitchen.

Thanks to the aluminum, insulated accordion door system, the wellness house can be fully open in the warmer months and closed in the colder ones.
The interior area will contain a unique, combined sauna, a sanitary unit with shower and toilet and a relaxation area.
The lounge is shaded by solid wood design slats.
The covered terrace features a premium Villeroy & Boch hot tub, providing a close-to-nature experience for the whole family even in the colder months.
