The owner was looking for a location close to work and relatives to make a home in one of Budapest's most frequent districts.

Building facade design
A desire for stylistic coherence is evident in the architectural scheme, with a significant use of solid wood to create a homely atmosphere.
The colour variation of the facades creates a striking exterior uniqueness.
The natural light brought in by the glass surfaces is replaced in the evening by combined lighting solutions.
Inspired by the environment
Every one of the three levels of the garden is intended for different use. The front garden sends out a message to the outside world with its elegant, understated landscaping.
Leisure activities take place in the pool area.
The garden also features a professionally equipped, independent spa area with a Finnish sauna with steam function, a custom kitchen with design wall and wine cooler, a custom made solid wood TV wall made from Canadian red cedar in the lounge area and a sanitary unit.
Garden, private wellness spa
In this exclusive section, the familiar decorative wood and batten structure returns to connect the spa area with the style of the house.
At the back of the garden a green area for sports activities has been created.
Every aspect of the garden is a masterfully designed work of art in perfect harmony.
Solid wood facade surfaces
On the private upper terrace, the aim was to create a living space for all seasons.
The unique aluminium pergola system is a modern, aesthetic and functional design element.
The harmony between the custom-built outdoor sauna and the wooden facade of the building is a pleasant and aesthetic sight.
The uniqueness of the wooden elements further enhances the uniqueness of the building.
